BCP Specialist (Payments)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain business continuity, disaster recovery, contingency, and emergency response plans for central and distributed systems and networks.
• Plan and coordinate business impact analyses, risk assessments, recovery exercises, and other business continuity and disaster recovery projects.
• Coordinate hot-site setup, recovery resources, technology restoration, and support-task prioritization during business recovery.
• Evaluate exercises and after-action reports, identify issues, and coordinate improvements across departments.
• Train recovery teams and employees on business continuity and disaster recovery policies and procedures.
• Support client consultations, vendor evaluations, and contract negotiations with research and subject-matter expertise.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, risk management, or related areas.
• Ability to perform business impact analyses, risk assessments, recovery exercises, and plan updates.
• Ability to work with senior internal and external stakeholders and make recovery decisions with limited day-to-day instruction.
• Work in the Philippines from the designated office location is required.

Nice to have

• Information technology and payments industry background.
• DRII, BCI, or Sentryx certification.
