What you will do

• Schedule and coordinate caregiver shifts for US home care clients.
• Monitor attendance, call-offs, and ensure schedule adherence.
• Fill open shifts to guarantee continuous patient coverage.
• Communicate effectively with caregivers, patients, and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records within scheduling platforms.
• Generate staffing and attendance reports to support workforce management.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in Healthcare Scheduling, Patient Coordination, or Workforce Management.
• Experience supporting US Healthcare, Home Care, or Medical Accounts.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Proficiency with scheduling or workforce management software.
• Reliable work-from-home setup with at least 100 Mbps internet and backup power/internet.
• Must be available to work U.S. hours.

Nice to have

• Experience with platforms like WellSky, AxisCare, ClearCare, or CareSmartz360.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
• Prior experience supporting US Home Care agencies.
