FP&A Business Partner (AI)

What you will do

• Lead financial modelling, scenario planning, and strategic analysis for UK and international growth opportunities.
• Partner with commercial, delivery, operational, and senior leadership teams to provide financial insight and challenge key decisions.
• Support business planning, budgeting, and forecasting by translating operational and commercial drivers into financial outcomes.
• Analyse pricing, customer and project profitability, commercial performance, and key business metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare financial analysis, investment cases, and business cases for new opportunities, investments, and growth initiatives.
• Improve financial reporting, forecasting, and data analytics through automation and technology.

Requirements

• Strong analytical, financial modelling, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to tackle complex and ambiguous problems and turn data into practical recommendations.
• Strategic and commercially minded approach, with the ability to challenge assumptions and understand how financial and operational decisions drive performance.
• Strong business partnering skills, including building trusted relationships and communicating complex financial concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work across different areas of a growing business while balancing multiple priorities.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of high-impact work.
• Qualified or part-qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA, or equivalent experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or a related analytical role.
