Compute HW Platform Manager (Autonomous Driving)

What you will do

• Lead and manage the Board Design and Layout engineering team, providing technical direction, mentorship, and support.
• Lead compute hardware platform projects from architecture and board design through validation and mass production at volumes of millions of units.
• Influence architecture and guide key technical decisions while solving complex hardware and system-level challenges.
• Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful platform development and project execution.
• Build customer relationships, understand technical needs, and act as a key technical point of contact throughout projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in hardware board design.
• 3+ years of experience in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of digital circuits, power systems, and high-speed board design.
• Broad system-level understanding, including hardware/software interfaces, validation, verification, design for testability (DFT), and qualification.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to work independently, and ability to perform well under pressure.
