Senior System Engineer (Semiconductor)

Location: Yavne, Israel; full-time, onsite.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end system definition from marketing requirements through product delivery.
• Translate business and customer requirements into system and subsystem requirements, and lead system architecture and technical trade-offs.
• Own the engineering development plan and lead multidisciplinary execution across System, Hardware, Software, Algorithms, Process, Applications, and Manufacturing.
• Manage product integration, qualification, and readiness for alpha, beta, and customer releases while tracking gaps and corrective actions.
• Plan system integration, calibration, verification, validation, qualification, and customer acceptance activities.
• Lead technical risk management, root-cause analysis, system-level issue resolution, stakeholder communication, and field escalation support.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in multidisciplinary R&D environments.
• Proven experience leading complex system development programs.
• Strong understanding of system engineering, architecture, integration, and qualification methodologies.
• Experience working with Hardware, Software, Algorithms, Applications, and Manufacturing teams.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to drive execution and influence without direct authority.
