Senior Engineering Project Team Leader (Emissions Compliance)

Location: Mossville, Illinois, United States; onsite five days a week. Domestic relocation is available.

Salary: $147,760–$221,640 per year.

What you will do

• Review and revise the EPRC Systems vision and strategic development roadmap, partnering with IT on sustainable software architecture.
• Lead governance and management of a portfolio of short- and long-duration software initiatives and projects.
• Prioritize resources, monitor development plans, usability, and business value realization.
• Oversee project progress and costs, resolve problems, secure stakeholder support, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Coordinate resources across engineering, manufacturing facilities, IT, and other functional areas.

Requirements

• Degree in an accredited Computer Science, Engineering, or closely related curriculum.
• Expert knowledge of planning techniques across operational, tactical, and strategic planning horizons.
• Expert decision-making and critical-thinking skills, including analysis of situations and informed judgment.
• Effective communication skills for transmitting, receiving, and interpreting ideas, information, and needs.
• Expert project-management knowledge, including planning, organizing, monitoring, and controlling projects and resources.
• Extensive requirements-development and analysis knowledge, including eliciting, analyzing, and documenting functional and non-functional business requirements.
• Technical knowledge of using software to support complex, business-critical processes and solving significant technical challenges.

Nice to have

• Experience working on software development teams using Agile, Waterfall, and other methodologies.
• Experience integrating multiple software systems or using data lake technology.
• Extensive knowledge of Teamcenter and other product data management systems.
• Experience with hirify.global’s CDM system.
• Understanding of master data management principles and experience as a data owner.
• Expertise with Microsoft content-management, collaboration, and reporting tools, including SharePoint and Power BI.
• Experience with change-management approaches and leading successful implementation of new processes and tools.
