hirify.global is a startup operating in digital assets, tokenised capital markets and related financial services.

What you will do

• Lead corporate planning initiatives and implement company strategy with the CEO, C-suite and department heads.
• Develop scalable operational processes, systems and people plans; optimise business units and support new launches.
• Lead overseas expansion projects covering market analysis, sizing, regulatory landscapes, entry models, partner identification and execution.
• Originate, structure and negotiate partnerships with banks, financial institutions, issuers, platforms and institutional ecosystem partners; build distribution for tokenised capital markets products.
• Source and execute strategic investments and joint ventures, including valuation, due diligence, transaction documentation and post-deal integration.
• Manage shareholder and investor relationships, support fundraising and capital activities, and prepare board papers, investment memoranda, presentations and reporting.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related discipline.
• At least 5+ years of relevant experience in M&A, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity or venture capital, corporate development, or management consulting.
• Hands-on deal execution experience, including due diligence and transaction documentation.
• Ability to design, build and analyse financial models and valuation analyses, with a strong grasp of capital structure and corporate finance.
• Track record of originating and closing partnerships or commercial deals.
• Experience working with C-suite executives, boards and investors, with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Clear, structured thinking, high numeracy, attention to detail and the ability to build efficient systems and deliver results.
• Self-motivated, hands-on and emotionally intelligent, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
• Strong interest in digital assets and the industry; strong Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills and familiarity with Google Workspace.

Nice to have

• CFA or MBA.
• Business-level Mandarin and/or Japanese.
• Background in fintech, payments, banking or digital assets.
• Familiarity with tokenisation, digital securities or capital markets infrastructure.
• Market expansion or licensing experience in Southeast Asia.
