Product Operations Lead - Commercial Payments (Fintech)

Location: London Vincent Square - IVP, London, United Kingdom; assigned workspace in the London, Paddington office.

What you will do

• Create and maintain feature notes, release notes, customer guides, FAQs, runbooks, operational playbooks, and reporting documents.
• Own the SharePoint product repository as the single source of truth, including version control and discoverability.
• Produce weekly and monthly KPI dashboards and reporting packs covering spend, transaction performance, accounts, cards, disputes, adoption, delivery, incidents, and support trends.
• Coordinate Product Managers with Engineering, Operations, Risk and Compliance, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support.
• Support product reviews, steering updates, stakeholder communications, customer and partner feedback loops, and go-to-market enablement.
• Improve product workflows through templates, reporting automation, intake processes, and documented decisions and approvals.

Requirements

• 1–3 years’ experience in a coordination-heavy role such as Product, Project or Delivery, Operations, Analyst, PMO, Implementation, or Payments Operations.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail across actions, logs, documentation, and deadlines.
• Confidence using common tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps, Confluence or SharePoint, Excel or Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and in meetings.
• Basic analytical capability, including working with KPIs, trends, and simple business metrics.

Nice to have

• Exposure to payments, commercial cards, AP automation, or financial services.
• Experience working with a card scheme such as Visa or Mastercard, or in an issuer or processor context.
• Familiarity with Agile ceremonies, backlogs, and user stories.
• Experience building lightweight dashboards with Excel, Power BI, Looker, or Tableau.
