Senior Consultant in HR and Change (AI)

Location: Hybrid, Brussels, Belgium, with temporary assignments across Belgium and abroad, such as France.

What you will do

• Deliver change management activities for customer programs and projects, including communication, training, support plans, and digital or collaborative strategy.
• Work on HR organization, HR performance management, CSR, and HR KPIs.
• Support HR development activities including recruitment, careers, and training.
• Manage projects involving HR tools and information systems.
• Conduct social management studies, draft HR documents, and prepare negotiations.
• Contribute to developing the consulting offering, interpreting change management innovation and challenges, and supporting business development initiatives.

Requirements

• University Master’s degree in Business Engineering, HR Management, Civil Engineering, or a similar field.
• 2–6 years of experience as a consultant.
• Outstanding collaborative team-player and good communication skills.
• Strong interest in HR and Change.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to explore options and synthesize conclusions.
• Autonomous, dynamic, result-oriented, rigorous, and committed approach.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics, with the ability to quickly build expertise and help clients use related opportunities.
• Trilingual French, Dutch, and English; Dutch is mandatory.
• Willingness to participate in temporary assignments across Belgium and abroad, such as France.
