Renewals Expert (Electric Vehicle Leasing)

Location: Hybrid in Weybridge, United Kingdom, with 3 days per week based in the Weybridge office.

What you will do

• Manage the pipeline of end-of-lease customers and support them through electric vehicle lease renewals.
• Manage renewals, end-of-lease extensions, and retention across salary sacrifice, consumer, and BCH leasing products.
• Build relationships with long-term customers to understand their experience and future needs.
• Win back lost customers, repair relationships, and convert poor service experiences into successful renewals.
• Follow up with customers promptly and match drivers with suitable next vehicles based on their needs.
• Work with peers toward shared renewal-rate goals while delivering attentive customer service.
