Sourcing Manager (Supply Chain)

Location: On-site at hirify.global Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, United States. International travel to trade shows and vendor visits is required.

What you will do

• Own product sourcing, vendor selection, and new product development for an assigned category.
• Lead meetings and negotiations with domestic and international vendors supporting hirify.global product lines.
• Communicate with vendors about performance, product development, and best-in-class quality standards.
• Build relationships with hirify.global leaders and internal teams, including Purchasing, Marketing, and Quality Control.
• Coach and develop a team of Product Management Analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• High-level interpersonal, project management, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Availability for international travel to trade shows and vendor visits.

Nice to have

• 7+ years of experience directly sourcing products from domestic and overseas factories.
