Salary: $128,470–$192,710 per year.

What you will do

• Lead the execution of strategic digital transformation initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes aligned with organizational goals.
• Analyze organizational pain points, design and prioritize impact-driven initiatives, and sequence work that supports digital engagement and culture.
• Coordinate product, field, enablement, HR, business-unit, and dealer stakeholders to ensure cohesive execution.
• Lead change management, digital adoption, training programs, and learning journeys that strengthen digital fluency and behaviors.
• Track milestones, timelines, budgets, documentation, and transparent status reporting for diverse projects.
• Support internal and external events that build team culture and demonstrate digital transformation impact.

Requirements

• Ability to integrate tactical and strategic project planning into broader business objectives.
• Strong project management, resource planning, and organizational alignment skills.
• Ability to analyze options, anticipate impacts, facilitate consultative or consensus-based decisions, and synthesize complex technical and business information into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in data gathering, analysis, and reporting.
• Ability to build trust-based relationships with stakeholders at all levels and tailor complex information for leadership, technical, and business audiences.
• Strong facilitation, negotiation, coordination, flexibility, and execution skills under tight deadlines.
• Extensive experience leading digital initiatives in complex, multinational organizations and delivering digital transformation projects through initiation, deployment, and adoption.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage senior leadership.
• Ability to create executive-ready presentations and visuals, including high-impact PowerPoint and video content.
