Real Assets Product Manager – Property Intel (Fintech)

What you will do

• Drive product strategy and lifecycle management for the Property Intel platform across EMEA.
• Analyze property markets, client needs, competition, regulation, pricing, and data availability.
• Engage banks, insurers, public sector bodies, and real estate advisory clients to refine products and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop new datasets, indices, and platform capabilities with Research, Data Operations, Engineering, Program Management, external providers, and public or regulatory data sources.
• Build business plans covering product, pricing, packaging, competitive positioning, profitability, and adjacent revenue opportunities.
• Coordinate go-to-market planning, product releases, testing, client communications, documentation, and launch support.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in strategic marketing, product, pricing, packaging, and competitive analysis in a relevant field.
• Deep commercial understanding of European, ideally Nordic or broader EMEA, commercial real estate markets and property valuation practices.
• Experience with banks, insurers, public sector bodies, credit risk, loan book management, and regulatory capital considerations related to real estate collateral.
• Knowledge of EMEA real estate data ecosystems, including public and regulatory sources such as land registries and cadastral bodies.
• Significant experience in investment industry strategy, P&L management, revenue growth, profitability, and cross-functional team leadership, particularly in fintech, financial data, investment and capital markets technology, or real estate and mortgage technology.
• Fluency in English is required; Swedish or another Nordic or European language is a strong plus.
