Digital Workplace Presales Architect (Microsoft 365)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end presales journey for Digital Workplace projects, from discovery and solution design through proposals, Statements of Work, and delivery handover.
• Shape Microsoft 365, Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI, secure collaboration, endpoint management, identity, SharePoint, and information governance solutions.
• Lead customer workshops and translate business challenges, employee needs, and complex requirements into practical workplace transformation strategies and roadmaps.
• Create demonstrations, prototypes, presentations, customer stories, and business scenarios for technical and business audiences.
• Design Microsoft 365 migrations, tenant consolidations, and workplace transformation programmes that are secure, scalable, practical, and ready for delivery.
• Collaborate with customers, Microsoft, Account Directors, and specialist delivery teams to produce commercially sound recommendations and proposals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in presales, solution architecture, or consulting, designing and shaping Digital Workplace solutions that deliver business value.
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including collaboration, employee experience, identity, endpoint management, security, and governance.
• Expertise in Microsoft 365 transformation and migration programmes, from discovery and planning through successful delivery and adoption.
• Ability to identify and showcase AI and Microsoft 365 Copilot opportunities to improve productivity, collaboration, and innovation.
• Ability to facilitate workshops, translate complex requirements into practical solutions, and build transformation roadmaps.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage technical teams, business leaders, and senior decision-makers through clear storytelling and demonstrations.
• Commercial awareness, collaboration skills, customer focus, continuous-learning mindset, and interest in Microsoft Cloud and AI developments.
