Billing Specialist (m/f/d) (B2B SaaS)

Location: Fully remote or hybrid with on-site collaboration at the Warsaw office, Poland.

Salary: PLN 19,000–22,000 gross per month under an employment contract (UoP).

What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for customers regarding invoices, credit notes, and subscriptions.
• Manage the B2B SaaS subscription lifecycle in NetSuite, including new contracts, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, amendments, cancellations, and contract owner changes.
• Maintain accurate and current subscription data and ensure changes are billed correctly and on time.
• Own invoice runs, credit memos, revenue corrections, and billing schedule corrections in NetSuite.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies with Billing, Collections, Sales, Customer Support, and Revenue Operations.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions in CRM and ticketing tools and suggest improvements to subscription management, billing, and support processes.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with NetSuite, including subscription and recurring billing, invoicing, credit memos, customer records, and independent troubleshooting.
• Solid B2B SaaS experience and a strong understanding of subscription management, including contract terms, renewals, amendments, proration, and the relationship between CRM subscription data and billing.
• Very good written and spoken English.
• Comfort using AI tools and cloud-based workflows.
• Structured and analytical approach, strong teamwork, reliability, attention to detail, and willingness to handle complex cases.
• Experience with Zone Billing or a comparable NetSuite billing extension.
• Experience with Salesforce subscription or CPQ data.
