Experienced and Dutch Speaking Forward Deployment Engineer (AI/Python)

Location: Remote; candidates should be based in Europe to support customers in Belgium and the Netherlands.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise customer onboardings from kickoff through go-live and configure agents for customer workflows, document types, and process flows.
• Own a portfolio of 6–10+ enterprise accounts at different delivery stages.
• Build production Python integrations with customer back-office systems, including REST and SOAP APIs, webhooks, and custom legacy stacks.
• Tune prompts, evaluate LLM output, and design agent flows for new use cases.
• Lead architecture and security discussions with customer IT teams covering SAML/SSO, mTLS, data flows, and privacy controls.
• Translate customer and field insights into concrete input for Engineering and Product.

Requirements

• Open to medior and senior profiles; ability to perform the work is more important than fulfilling every requirement.
• Fluent Dutch and English; Dutch is required to support the mainly Dutch-speaking customer portfolio.
• Strong Python skills and ability to ship production code independently.
• Comfort with LLMs and modern agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent, including prompt engineering, evaluation, and tuning.
• Experience setting up integrations using APIs, webhooks, and platforms such as Make or Zapier.
• Clear communication skills, including the ability to explain technical topics to different audiences.
• Enjoyment of customer-facing work, including kickoffs, working sessions, and discussions with customer IT teams.
• Self-directed working style and ability to plan delivery across 6–10+ accounts.
