Cybersecurity Project Manager (AI)

Location: On-site in Brussels, Belgium.

What you will do

• Define project strategies, scope, deliverables, work plans, and implementation approaches aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and coordinate project teams, monitor delivery, review deliverables, and provide leadership and mentorship.
• Prepare project plans, quality plans, status reports, and other documentation while communicating progress to stakeholders.
• Manage risks, issues, quality control, change management, costs, timelines, resources, dependencies, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate cybersecurity initiatives and action plans, ensuring risk mitigation, progress tracking, regulatory compliance, and alignment with cybersecurity policies and standards.
• Organize working groups, progress meetings, and stakeholder discussions to support communication, decision-making, and follow-up.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience managing Information Systems development projects.
• Project Management certification such as CAPM, PM², PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of project management methodologies and practical experience applying them in complex projects.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools and the System Development Life Cycle.
• Experience in quality management, project governance, risk management, and reporting to steering committees or senior stakeholders.
• Experience with iterative, incremental, and adaptive delivery approaches, including Agile or similar methodologies.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their practical application in business or IT environments.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in multicultural and multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluency in English at C1 level.
• Strong leadership, autonomy, customer orientation, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality results in a structured and methodical manner.

Nice to have

• French at B1 level or higher.
