Equipment Engineer (Etch)

Location: SGP - Woodlands, Singapore; onsite role

What you will do

• Improve etch equipment performance by identifying and resolving recurring and day-to-day technical issues.
• Own equipment knowledge and documentation to support long-term operational excellence.
• Maintain and improve Quality, Uptime, and Cost performance metrics.
• Monitor equipment performance trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Optimize preventive maintenance activities to improve equipment effectiveness and support stable manufacturing operations.
• Work safely and support Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs; coach Associate Engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

Nice to have

• Prior related internship or co-op experience.
• Leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, competitions, or similar settings.
• Project management skills, including innovating and executing meaningful solutions and navigating ambiguity.
• Strong interest in using AI tools and emerging technologies to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision-making.
