Senior Solutions Architect (Agentic AI)

What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives and regional sales teams across Asia to shape technical account strategies, qualified pipeline, and expansion opportunities.
• Run technical discovery sessions, product demonstrations, workshops, tenders, audits, and validation activities across the software development lifecycle.
• Own technical evaluations, including proofs of concept, proofs of value, solution design, and documented next-step decisions.
• Develop solution architectures aligned with customer environments, priorities, and operating models, reducing implementation risk and accelerating time to value.
• Guide customers on continuous integration, continuous deployment, DevSecOps, security, cloud adoption, and modern software development practices.
• Build relationships with technical and business stakeholders, create reusable technical assets, and provide customer and market feedback to Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of presales or equivalent client-facing experience and 5+ years of total industry experience.
• Experience working with customers in technical presales, consulting, or similar customer-facing roles.
• Ability to run technical evaluations, including proofs of concept, proofs of value, workshops, tenders, audits, or value stream assessments.
• Working knowledge of the end-to-end software development lifecycle, DevSecOps practices, and continuous integration and continuous deployment workflows.
• Hands-on familiarity with hirify.global or similar DevSecOps or software delivery platforms.
• Clear communication skills, including the ability to adapt technical messages for practitioners, technical stakeholders, and senior business stakeholders.
• Strength in building credibility, listening carefully, developing technical champions, and representing customer needs internally.
• Interest in continuous learning, knowledge exchange, and developing expertise in hirify.global, AI, and related cloud technologies.

Nice to have

• Competent knowledge of generative AI and agentic technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, self-managed environments, or transferable experience from related technical fields.
