Senior Solutions Architect (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in Seoul, South Korea, with some in-office and/or in-person expectations.

What you will do

• Collaborate with Technical, Sales, Partner, Marketing, and Alliance teams to evangelise AI solutions and technologies.
• Serve as the technical expert for AI, ML, data analytics, and HPC workloads.
• Align AI sales plays with local APAC market needs and provide feedback to global headquarters.
• Participate in direct sales opportunities, including requirements qualification, solution design, proof-of-concept testing, and competitive analysis.
• Define and guide technical and solution designs for customer and prospect engagements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales role.
• Tertiary degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or another relevant technical field, or equivalent work experience, especially in data engineering, analytics, ML, or AI.
• In-depth knowledge of AI concepts, including server and storage architecture, batch and stream processing, data warehousing, data lakes, distributed filesystems, OLTP/OLAP databases, and data pipelining tools.
• Certifications or equivalent evidence of AI skills, such as NVIDIA, Google, or Azure certifications, and scripting experience such as Python.
• Experience presenting to, evangelising, and influencing customer and partner audiences.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong communication skills, strategic thinking, business acumen, teamwork, and problem-solving ability.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for technology and ability to stay current with industry trends.
