Product Specialist (EV)

Location: Hybrid across Sydney Olympic Park and Sydney CBD offices, with working from home as agreed and required for the role; Sydney, Australia.

What you will do

• Support the development, enhancement, and rollout of EV charging products, customer propositions, and digital experiences across the charging network.
• Analyse customer feedback, charging network performance, and utilisation trends to identify opportunities and make recommendations.
• Support pricing analysis, competitor monitoring, market research, and the development of product strategies and improvements.
• Collaborate with Technology, Customer Experience, Marketing, and other business units to deliver product outcomes.
• Support customer, business customer, and stakeholder enquiries relating to EV products and services.
• Prepare reporting, insights, presentations, and recommendations while contributing to the growth and optimisation of the EV charging network.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a Product Specialist, Product Analyst, Product Coordinator, or similar product-focused role supporting product development, product improvement, or product strategy.
• Strong analytical capability, including interpreting data, identifying trends, and generating actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and build relationships across a broad range of stakeholders.
• Strong commercial thinking and problem-solving capability.
• Confidence working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Experience in EV charging, energy, mobility, automotive, telecommunications, or related industries.
• Exposure to software products, digital platforms, applications, or customer-facing technology products.
• Experience using reporting or data visualisation tools such as Tableau.
