Product Specialist (Agritech)

Location: Western Australia, Australia; remote with regular domestic and international travel, including weekends

What you will do

• Provide product input and feedback to ensure development priorities address farmers’ needs.
• Lead product innovation and expansion projects from design through execution and completion.
• Share knowledge of Australian farms, animals, and virtual fencing across the organisation.
• Partner with Business Development and Account Management to maintain customer alignment.
• Work with strategic customers to improve product utilisation and delivered value.
• Set up virtual fencing for new farmers throughout Australia and support regular field activities.

Requirements

• Farming experience is required, with a strong interest in animals and the future of farming.
• Interest in agritech and willingness to learn the product’s technical details and functionality.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects or running research trials.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and innovative decision-making skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and collaborate effectively.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including on weekends.
