Senior Product Manager (Lending Products)

Location: Sydney, Australia; hybrid work opportunities.

What you will do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for hirify.global lending and digital banking product solutions across APAC, ANZ, and global markets.
• Define product strategies, business cases, pricing, packaging, financial forecasts, and investment recommendations.
• Lead discovery, validation, partner integrations, adoption, performance measurement, and continuous product improvement.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, product owners, data science, sales, marketing, finance, compliance, operations, and customer success to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant solutions.
• Represent the product with customers, prospects, partners, and industry stakeholders as a subject matter expert.
• Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and business value to executives and key stakeholders while mentoring product managers.

Requirements

• At least 9 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years with a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years of experience; or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrable experience in software product management and enterprise software product management.
• Deep expertise in banking and lending domains.
• Strong technical understanding of Salesforce and cloud technology.
• Strong team leadership experience, including building, growing, motivating, and mentoring high-performance teams.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong teamwork, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results as a self-starter.
• Fluent written and oral English communication.
