Deployment Strategist (AI)

What you will do

• Partner with customers to understand workflows, goals, pain points, and operational needs, including embedding directly with customer teams.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployment Engineers to scope, prototype, and deliver solutions powered by the hirify.global platform.
• Identify and interpret key datasets and integrate them into robust, scalable pipelines.
• Design and refine user workflows that solve meaningful problems and scale across teams and functions.
• Lead training and onboarding sessions and present findings and strategy to frontline operators, decision-makers, and executives.
• Drive customer expansion by scoping new use cases and shaping growth within customer organizations.
