Process Optimisation Lead (Lean Six Sigma)

Location: Sydney Olympic Park, Australia; hybrid working with 2 days per week in the Sydney Olympic Park office.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end process optimisation initiatives across Roadside, aligned with priorities and measurable business outcomes.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC and structured problem-solving methods to define problems, identify root causes and develop practical solutions.
• Develop and analyse current-state and future-state process maps using BPMN standards.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops and collaborate with frontline, operations, digital, technology and enabling teams to redesign processes.
• Use operational, member and frontline data to develop evidence-based recommendations and track benefits.
• Define success measures, embed controls and coach teams in practical improvement tools to sustain continuous improvement across Roadside.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in process optimisation, continuous improvement, operational excellence or business improvement.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification, with practical experience applying Lean Six Sigma and DMAIC methodologies.
• Strong experience leading improvement initiatives from problem definition through implementation and benefit realisation.
• Proven capability in BPMN process mapping, process redesign, root cause analysis and data-led problem-solving.
• Experience facilitating workshops and engaging cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including the ability to drive outcomes without formal authority.
• Commercial and operational awareness, with the ability to balance member experience, benefits, costs, risks and operational impacts.
• Practical, collaborative and outcomes-focused approach with strong communication, planning and organisational skills.
