Manufacturing Engineer (AI Data Centers)

Location: Henrico, Virginia, United States; onsite manufacturing role.

Salary: $90,400–$124,300 USD annual base pay.

What you will do

• Plan, direct, coordinate, and improve manufacturing processes, methods, equipment, and workspace layouts within schedule and budget parameters.
• Provide technical support for manufacturing and test equipment, including defining maintenance requirements, diagnosing failures, identifying root causes, and developing hands-on maintenance capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering stakeholders, production teams, management, and customers on problem solving, product and equipment design changes, continuous improvement, and corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop and update PFMEA documents, control plans, work instructions, specifications, and procedures.
• Analyze product design, tooling, production schedules, manufacturing capabilities, and technical costs to support efficient production and management decisions.
• Apply statistical methods, run and explain simulations, and support assessment of future manufacturing requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience and training, plus 3–5 years of related experience.
• Prior manufacturing experience.
• Advanced operations, technical, and people skills, with advanced functional and technical skills and basic process skills.
• Knowledge of multiple functional technologies, processes, industries, or functions and their interdependencies at the site.
• Skill in troubleshooting and diagnostics, an overview of the entire test process, and the ability to train others.
• Ability to run and explain simulations.
