Early Career Intern - Human Resources (AI)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; at least four full days per week in an hirify.global office

Salary: $35/hour

What you will do

• Rotate across HR Centers of Excellence, including HR Operations and Talent Acquisition.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on HR initiatives and projects.
• Use data and analytics to identify insights and support process improvements in Compensation, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Experience.
• Contribute to AI-driven initiatives that improve employee experiences and automate routine HR processes.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program and graduating in spring or summer 2028.
• Interest in human resources and people strategy.
• Permanent authorization to work in the United States. Employment-based immigration sponsorship, OPT, CPT, or other immigration sponsorship support is not available.

Nice to have

• Major or related studies in Management, Human Resources, Psychology, Data Analytics, or Computer Science.
• Problem-solving, critical-thinking, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Agility in managing shifting priorities and working in dynamic environments.
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and advanced functions, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with AI prompting.
