Manager, TikTok Shop/Marketplace (Beauty E-commerce)

Location: USA, NY, Port Washington, HQ; onsite role with relocation support for new hires.

Salary: $69,000–$137,000 USD annual.

What you will do

• Manage the daily operation of TikTok Shop across all brands, including product setup, listings, pricing, promotions, inventory availability, and catalog accuracy.
• Coordinate product launches, promotional calendars, content initiatives, and exclusive product programs with brand, creative, and marketing teams.
• Execute creator and affiliate operations, including product seeding, campaign setup, commissions, product eligibility, and creator communication.
• Coordinate TikTok Shop advertising, including Shop Ads, GMV Max campaigns, creator amplification, and approved paid media initiatives.
• Monitor inventory, fulfillment, account health, compliance, shipping performance, cancellations, returns, refunds, and customer service escalations.
• Maintain reporting, analyze channel performance, resolve operational issues, manage agency workflows, and provide leadership with performance updates and recommended next steps.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, social commerce, digital commerce, or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop, social commerce channels, or marketplace operations.
• Strong knowledge of TikTok Shop catalog management, promotions, creator and affiliate tools, advertising setup, order management, and platform policies.
• Experience managing product launches, promotional calendars, inventory coordination, catalog troubleshooting, account health, and cross-functional workflows.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and reporting skills, and the ability to manage multiple brands, products, campaigns, and deadlines.
• Excellent communication, organization, relationship management, and project management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with brand, creative, marketing, supply chain, finance, customer service, and external partners.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree.
• English language proficiency.
• Skills include affiliate management, affiliate networks, analytics, marketing, marketplace management, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, operations management, and Shopify.
