Treasury Analyst

Location: Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, Mexico; onsite; 25% travel; relocation is not available.

hirify.global is hiring for a finance role supporting treasury operations and programs.

What you will do

• Support treasury operations and escalate issues when required.
• Analyze moderately complex data across cash management, foreign exchange, risk management, and treasury services.
• Support treasury projects and programs, including modeling capital markets, interest rate risk, cash management, forecasting, and collateral management activities.
• Prepare cash-flow projections, financial statements, and other financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal departments on invoices, payment requests, and other cash-related transactions.
• Maintain electronic funds transfer templates, monitor regulatory and market changes, and develop conclusions, recommendations, and written reports.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline, or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically 2–4 years of experience in finance, audit, accounting, treasury, or a related field; an advanced degree with little or no work experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of accounting, auditing, balance sheets, banking, capital markets, cash management, corporate finance, economics, finance, financial services, hedging, investments, liquidity management, market liquidity, regulatory compliance, risk appetite, risk management, SAP applications, and treasury management.
• Effective communication, results orientation, learning agility, digital fluency, and customer centricity.
• Ability to work independently on moderately scoped problems, exercise judgment, follow company policies and procedures, and resolve routine issues within established guidelines.

Nice to have

• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification.
