Analyst, GBS - FP&A Intelligence Finance (AI)

hirify.global's GCC team supports FP&A and Commercial Finance Intelligence for finance stakeholders in Chicago and Amsterdam.

What you will do

• Build and maintain Snowflake data pipelines for P&L structures, forecasts, trade spend, and customer revenue.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for variance analysis, budget versus actuals, trade spend, and customer P&L reporting.
• Support month-end close and forecast cycles by automating Excel consolidations, flagging variances, and preparing outputs for business unit CFO presentations.
• Build and test Snowflake Cortex AI agents, validate outputs against source data, and document test cases.
• Reconcile pipeline outputs with SAP/S4 data, investigate discrepancies, document root causes, and maintain data quality.
• Provide deep-dive analysis, scenario modeling, data pulls, and documentation for FP&A and Commercial Finance Intelligence Leads.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or data analytics, including financial planning, variance analysis, trade spend, or commercial reporting.
• Confident SQL and Python skills for building pipelines and transformations.
• Experience with Snowflake or an equivalent cloud data platform.
• Experience building usable Power BI dashboards for finance professionals.
• Understanding of FP&A mechanics and Commercial Finance concepts such as trade spend, net revenue, and customer P&L.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; ability to work proactively with stakeholders in Chicago and Amsterdam.
