Senior Financial Analyst

Location: Hybrid role in Tlalnepantla de Baz, Mexico, with Jinetes, Mexico listed as another location

What you will do

• Lead the Trade Budget Status Report for multiple business units in partnership with Sales and Sales Accounting.
• Complete month-end close activities for trade-spending accounts in line with corporate guidelines and GAAP.
• Prepare annual budgets, plan updates, forecasts, and gap-management analyses for trade spending.
• Analyze variances, risks, opportunities, and business performance to support sound financial decisions.
• Use AI tools and new technologies to improve processes, systems, templates, and reporting efficiency.
• Lead special projects, support category profitability, and book journal entries as needed.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish are required.
• Strong accounting and finance knowledge, analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate across functions, influence stakeholders, and communicate with leaders at all levels.
• Critical thinking, decision-making, innovation, curiosity, initiative, and a results-oriented approach.
• A bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field is highly preferred; FP&A experience is preferred.
