MedTech Project Coordinator - Remote/Nationwide (MedTech)

Location: Primarily remote and home-based across the United States, with travel as required by the project; local work-related assignments require an active unrestricted driver's license and personal vehicle.

Base pay: $2–$30 per hour.

What you will do

• Schedule and coordinate field service staff, assignments, tools, and day-to-day fieldwork needs.
• Set up and organize equipment and workstations.
• Conduct routine checks and record product test data after installation and configuration.
• Communicate with and support on-site hospital staff and coordinate on-site teams.
• Provide on-the-job training for new hires.
• Complete other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1–2 years of project coordination experience, including scheduling technicians and interacting with clients.
• Active and unrestricted driver's license and personal vehicle for local work-related assignments.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to clear hospital vendor credentialing requirements, including proof of vaccination status.
• Current immunizations may be required, including facility-required vaccinations and tests.
• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Hardware and software field service coordination experience involving schedules and assignments.
• Comfort with Microsoft and other industry-related data-entry platforms.
