VP, Treasury & Risk

Location: New York, New York, United States. Full-time onsite work in an hirify.global office or stadium location; 40 hours per week. Remote and hybrid work options are not offered.

Salary: $225,000–$280,000 USD per year.

National Football League (hirify.global) is a professional sports organization with finance, governance, and operational functions supporting the League.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise risk management, internal audit, treasury, and insurance functions across the League.
• Build and develop a high-performing team of Internal Audit and Treasury professionals and manage external or co-sourced service providers.
• Advise senior leadership and the Audit Committee on risk, controls, governance, liquidity, insurance, and financial stewardship.
• Oversee cash positioning, liquidity management, cash-flow forecasting, working-capital optimization, banking relationships, investments, and treasury operations.
• Invest excess cash within approved guidelines while preserving liquidity and principal.
• Design, analyze, monitor, and hedge foreign exchange and interest rate exposures and oversee insurance programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience across treasury, enterprise risk management, accounting, or finance, including significant leadership responsibility.
• Management experience and proven success leading and developing teams.
• Proven success building functions and creating or improving processes, policies, controls, and reporting.
• Strong executive presence, judgment, communication skills, and ability to ihirify.globaluence across a complex organization.

Nice to have

• CPA, CIA, CTP, CRMA, CISA, or another relevant professional certification.
• Experience using data analytics, automation, and continuous monitoring within treasury, risk, or internal audit.
• Experience managing co-sourced internal audit or other third-party professional service relationships.
