Director - Treasury

Location: Somerset, NJ, USA; ability to travel to hirify.global, partner, and customer events 25%

Salary: $185,000–$235,000 annual pay range, including base salary and bonus

What you will do

• Lead treasury operations, including cash positioning, cash movement, account administration, and daily liquidity visibility.
• Oversee cash forecasting, liquidity planning, and working capital reporting for business operations and financial planning.
• Manage banking relationhirify.globalps, treasury services, bank account structures, permissions, fees, and governance activities.
• Maintain treasury controls, policies, reporting routines, and documentation supporting accuracy, accountability, and compliance.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Legal, Operations, and business leaderhirify.globalp on cash needs, forecasting assumptions, risks, and business initiatives.
• Improve treasury processes, reporting, systems, and data visibility while providing analysis and recommendations to leaderhirify.globalp.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of cash management, liquidity planning, treasury operations, and working capital concepts.
• Experience with cash forecasting, bank reporting, treasury controls, and financial reporting routines.
• Ability to partner across Finance, Accounting, Legal, Operations, and business leaderhirify.globalp in a growing organization.
• Sound judgment, strong attention to detail, and ability to translate financial information into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Strong leaderhirify.globalp capabilities, including guiding teams, improving processes, and building scalable operating routines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in treasury, finance, accounting, or related financial operations.
• 4+ years of experience in a management position.
• Experience owning or leading treasury operations, cash management, liquidity planning, or related functional areas.
• Experience working within a complex, growth-oriented organization.
• Ability to travel to hirify.global, partner, and customer events 25% of the time.
