Principal Analyst, IT - Business Systems Analyst (OTC)

Location: Remote

Salary: $150,000–$175,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Serve as the functional and solution leader for Order-to-Cash processes and systems across the organization.
• Lead enterprise-wide process analysis, solution design, and business transformation initiatives across functions, systems, and business units.
• Facilitate discovery, design, and decision-making sessions to define capabilities, requirements, future-state processes, and technology solutions.
• Evaluate alternatives and recommend scalable, supportable solutions that balance business value, customer experience, risk, standardization, and total cost of ownership.
• Resolve complex business, process, data, integration, and production issues across order management, pricing, contracts, billing, rebates, finance, procurement, transportation, warehouse, installation, and external applications.
• Develop business cases and roadmaps, communicate recommendations to executive, business, and technical audiences, and mentor other analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years of experience in business systems analysis, solution design, enterprise applications, or business process transformation.
• Experience supporting Order-to-Cash processes, including order management, contracts, billing, rebates, pricing, installation, or related business functions.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP SD, Project Systems, Vistex, or similar enterprise platforms.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and designing solutions for large-scale business processes.
• Experience translating business needs into requirements, process designs, roadmaps, and technology solutions.
• Experience working with ERP and other enterprise applications, integrations, and reporting platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence decisions, lead through complexity, and mentor other analysts.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise integrations, APIs, reporting, master data, and workflow solutions.
• Experience supporting construction, installation services, multifamily, project-based sales, or contract management processes.
• Relevant certification in Business Analysis, Agile, SAP, Product Management, or Process Improvement.
