Senior Analyst, Business Analysis and Insights-HVAC & EMS Parts (HVAC)

Location: Bentonville, Arkansas, United States; onsite at 814 Respect Dr.

Annual salary: $60,000–$110,000, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

hirify.global operates within Walmart's retail business and provides business analysis, customer support, and supply-chain insights for HVAC/R parts operations.

What you will do

• Manage parts escalations from HVAC/R field-based technicians, provide order updates, and enter orders.
• Source parts from suppliers with improved lead times and identify lower-cost items with the same form, fit, and function.
• Analyze financial data, budgets, KPIs, metrics, risks, compliance concerns, trends, and business results.
• Develop data-driven insights, reports, documentation, and recommendations for business strategies and key stakeholders.
• Improve processes and controls, support training, verify functionality, and implement business solutions across business areas.
• Support customer requests by extracting and consolidating data, identifying root causes, and recommending solutions.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and work independently and collaboratively.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field, or 2 years of experience in data analytics, project management, business, or a relevant area.

Nice to have

• At least 2 years of experience in a related field such as procurement, logistics, or supply chain.
• HVAC parts experience.
• Experience with big data analytics, data analysis and insights, or a statistical programming language.
