Project Manager (Logistics Integrations)

Location: Remote Florida, United States; 20% travel required

Salary: $63,900.00–$87,900.00 per year; no bonus or commission eligibility

hirify.global, through Transporeon, provides global logistics software connecting shippers, retailers, carriers, and logistics service providers across transportation planning, sourcing, execution, dock and yard management, freight audit, and real-time supply chain visibility.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end customer onboarding, carrier integration, and technical integration projects through timely launches and budget alignment.
• Facilitate customer workshops to define project scope, system configurations, and technical specifications.
• Provide tier-two technical support and hands-on enablement training to support user adoption and post-launch success.
• Coordinate requirements with engineering and development teams in Jira.
• Maintain project margins and billable tracking.

Requirements

• Full professional fluency in English with exceptional interpersonal and communication capabilities.
• Proven experience in project management, technical integrations, or tier-two customer support within software environments.
• Strong technical aptitude for understanding software interfaces, APIs, database concepts, and data workflows.
• Professional background or familiarity within the transportation, freight, or logistics industry.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related technical field.
• PRINCE2 or equivalent project management completion or certification.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise ERP systems or ticketing tools such as Jira.
