Salary: $55.00/hr–$62.50/hr

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, .NET, and related Microsoft technologies.
• Develop responsive web interfaces with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and front-end frameworks.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs, backend services, web services, and integrations with SQL Server and third-party systems.
• Gather requirements with business stakeholders, project managers, and team members and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot defects and performance issues, optimize application performance, scalability, and security, and support production environments and deployments.
• Write maintainable, documented code, participate in code reviews, follow SDLC and Agile practices, and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience developing web applications with the Microsoft .NET framework.
• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, and .NET technologies.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs and web services.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, database design, and query optimization.
• Experience with source control systems such as Git or Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle principles and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices for web applications.
