People Operations Partner (Cybersecurity)

Salary: $126,000–$145,000 per year

What you will do

• Serve as the primary People Operations Partner for Engineering, Product, and Customer Experience across the employee lifecycle.
• Manage onboarding, job changes, promotions, transfers, leaves, offboarding, employee records, and workforce planning activities.
• Own the global Contingent Workforce Program, including worker lifecycle management, access governance, compliance, metrics, documentation, and staffing vendor relationships.
• Support day-to-day U.S. immigration operations, visa expiration tracking, I-9 reverifications, mobility activities, and case coordination with external counsel.
• Identify process gaps, improve scalable People Operations solutions, and use Workday and Microsoft Fabric for reporting, audits, and workforce analysis.
• Partner with employees, managers, HRBPs, Legal, Payroll, Finance, and other People Team stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR/People Operations or a related HR Generalist role.
• Experience managing global contingent workforce programs.
• Experience supporting a U.S. immigration program.
• Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and HR operations best practices.
• Experience with Workday and Microsoft Fabric or a similar analytics platform.
• Strong organizational, communication, stakeholder management, judgment, and confidentiality skills; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
