Product Manager - Analyst / Associate (Fintech)

Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado, United States; additional location: Salt Lake City, Utah, United States. Hybrid schedule with office work Monday–Thursday and remote work on Friday.

Analyst: $60,000–$70,000 annually, paid hourly and classified as non-exempt. Associate: $75,000–$90,000 annually, salaried and classified as exempt.

What you will do

• Support product data, reporting, and marketing content across investment products and distribution channels.
• Partner with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to develop workflow optimization tools and AI-driven capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation, artificial intelligence, and technology-enabled solutions.
• Conduct market, industry, and competitor research for product strategy, positioning, and business development.
• Develop dashboards, analyses, and reporting solutions for product, investment, and sales teams.
• Support product monitoring, portfolio reporting, regulatory and tax oversight, investor activity tracking, partner coordination, due diligence requests, RFPs, questionnaires, onboarding documentation, strategic projects, and meeting follow-up.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of relevant experience in financial services, including private equity, investment banking, capital markets, transaction advisory services, investment consulting, or portfolio analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to solve problems and make logical business recommendations in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor, entrepreneurial attitude, and strong sense of ownership.
• Positive, growth-oriented mindset with willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities beyond core responsibilities.
