Product Manager Wealth Management (Fintech)

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States. Hybrid schedule with at least four days per week in the office and one day working from home.

Base salary: $81,700–$112,300 per year, plus potential variable compensation.

What you will do

• Serve as a product subject matter expert and business lead for medium to large projects across the advisory platform.
• Develop and enhance advisor and client experiences, programs, and platform features that support revenue growth.
• Lead investment product initiatives to increase advisor acquisition, usage, and client growth.
• Review policies, procedures, and reports to maintain a strong compliance environment.
• Research industry trends and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to recommend product and platform improvements.
• Lead the transition from product development into effective product management processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of financial services experience.
• Strong strategic, analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of the Ameriprise product suite and its compliance and regulatory environment.
• Active Series 7 license or the ability to obtain it within 120 days.
• Valid United States work authorization without current or future visa sponsorship requirements.

Nice to have

• Project management experience and familiarity with Ameriprise project methodologies.
• Experience with BETA Host, Thomson One/Refinitiv, Denodo, and other Ameriprise systems and tools.
• Data analysis experience.
