Product Manager Associate - Sustainability & Climate (AI Focus)

Salary: $86,000–$112,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Lead ideation, discovery, and execution of new Sustainability and Climate products for private markets, with AI grounded in the solutions.
• Develop solutions focused on data management, physical risk, transition risk, nature and biodiversity risk, emerging risks, taxonomies, and ratings.
• Conduct market due diligence, competitive analysis, opportunity sizing, market positioning, and business-case development.
• Design pricing models and support sales campaign, go-to-market, product collateral, and client-facing documentation.
• Analyze product usage and prepare insights, reports, and analysis for senior management business reviews.
• Support strategic client opportunities and build expertise in Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a Sustainability and Climate product management role, with domain expertise in financial services, private markets, artificial intelligence, and Sustainability and Climate.
• Deep understanding and experience in at least one of physical risk, transition risk, or nature risk.
• Experience in business or financial analysis, data analysis, process mapping, specification writing, and familiarity with the product management and development lifecycle.
• Knowledge, understanding, and experience working with AI tools to prototype and develop solutions.
• Detail-oriented and analytical problem-solving approach with a strong execution mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Energetic, self-motivated, intellectually curious, growth-minded, and passionate about innovation.
