Senior Manager of Keynotes & Executive Presentations (Cybersecurity)

Location: US Remote; New York, NY listed; willingness to travel for events approximately 20–30% of the time.

Compensation range: $150,000–$190,000 total compensation, which may include incentives, equity, or benefits.

What you will do

• Lead the strategy, narrative, writing, slide development, rehearsal, and delivery preparation for executive keynotes.
• Build and run the executive speaking program for customer conferences, flagship events, industry conferences, analyst events, and media forums.
• Shape main-stage programs including opening and closing keynotes, fireside chats, customer sessions, and panels.
• Partner with Events, Product Marketing, Creative, and External Communications to create a coherent platform-level story.
• Develop a library of narratives, proof points, customer stories, and data covering Data Security, Agent Security, and Identity Security.
• Coach executives, customers, and partners and help senior leaders develop authentic, differentiated points of view.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in executive communications, keynote development, speechwriting, product marketing, or corporate communications.
• Experience building keynotes and executive narratives for major stages.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, including drafting, editing, and shaping narratives.
• Experience building thought leadership programs that achieved reach through speaking, bylines, media, or social channels.
• Strong presentation skills and proficiency with Keynote, Google Slides, or similar tools.
• Experience coaching senior executives, including C-suite leaders, and earning their trust.
• Strong project leadership across multiple moving parts, tight deadlines, and high-visibility events.
• Ability to translate complex technical ideas into clear language that earns credibility with CISOs and boards.
• AI fluency, including using AI tools for research, drafting, and production.
• Strong stakeholder-management skills across marketing, product, sales, research, and executive teams.
• Collaborative working style aligned with the operating principles of pushing boundaries, owning and acting, and elevating together.
• Willingness to travel for events approximately 20–30% of the time.

• Experience in B2B technology or enterprise security.
• Experience with flagship events such as Dreamforce, Team, RSA, or similar.
