Senior Business Intelligence Analyst (Databricks)

Location: United States

Base pay: $108,900–$136,000 annually, plus annual bonus.

What you will do

• Partner with Operations and strategic teams to identify business needs, understand processes, and improve the customer lifecycle.
• Define enterprise metrics, dimensions, data models, and reporting frameworks, including the Balanced Scorecard.
• Build, maintain, and improve BI reports, analytics pipelines, and data assets in Databricks.
• Develop, optimize, and automate forecasting models, including churn and customer delight models.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data and provide recommendations to business leaders.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and cross-functional teams on lakehouse architecture, semantic-layer design, and scalable processes.

Requirements

• Mid–senior-level experience in an analytical role with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with statistical analysis, forecasting, prioritization, project management, and cross-functional alignment.
• Required experience with Databricks, including Unity Catalog, Delta Live Tables, SQL Warehouses, and Notebooks.
• Required experience with Python or PySpark for data transformation and analytical workflows.
• Comfort working in a lakehouse environment and contributing to platform-level analytics standards.
• BI proficiency, especially with Power BI and/or Databricks AI/BI, including Genie and Dashboards.

Nice to have

• Databricks Certified Data Analyst or Data Engineer Associate certification.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, or Data Cloud.
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Dynamics.
• Knowledge of statistics and machine learning.
