What you will do

• Own the regular forecasting process for North American sales and produce clear, data-backed financial forecasts.
• Gather stakeholder requirements and collaborate with data teams to build data pipelines and self-service Tableau dashboards.
• Provide senior sales leaders with actionable information and improve the systems and tools supporting their work.
• Produce market and advertiser analysis for sales strategy, pitches, and commercial decisions.
• Deliver financial reporting and identify opportunities to automate recurring reports.
• Support pricing strategy and optimise prices for new and existing commercial products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM subject.
• 4+ years of experience in data analytics with a strong track record.
• Experience in management reporting, automation, and business forecasting.
• Proficiency in AI-powered tools, Excel, and data visualisation tools such as Tableau or PowerPoint.
• Experience defining project roadmaps, simplifying complex problems, and translating business priorities into solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including influencing senior leaders and working across multiple concurrent initiatives.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, Python, or other analytical programming languages.
• Background in media, advertising, publishing, or commercial sales.
• Experience in pricing strategy and sales optimisation.
