Salary: $137,400–$233,600 USD annual base pay.

What you will do

• Define and execute a multi-year operational digital delivery strategy and roadmap aligned with asset management business priorities.
• Set the vision, build consensus, and deliver digital platforms across operational, investment, and business functions.
• Prioritize, deliver, and manage the lifecycle of a digital platform portfolio using agile and product management practices.
• Assess build-versus-buy options, develop business cases, and lead vendor evaluations and negotiations.
• Partner with business, data, operations, and technology stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Manage delivery budgets, governance, adoption, KPIs, and measurable outcomes including revenue growth, cost optimization, and improved client experience.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience building and scaling digital product capabilities in financial services, preferably investment management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or another relevant discipline.
• Solid understanding of investment management, financial technology systems, and large-scale asset management environments, consulting, or fintech vendors.
• Demonstrated success delivering enterprise-scale digital and AI-driven platforms in complex, matrixed environments.
• Strong understanding of investment management platforms, data, cloud, and AI technologies.
• Expertise in modern digital platform management, agile delivery, and commercialization.
• Ability to influence leadership and secure alignment through clear business cases and data-driven storytelling.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity.
• Experience with investment management platforms, preferably including both vendor-developed and in-house applications.
