Associate Director, Business Cycle and Strategy - Global Supply Chain and Procurement - Finance

What you will do

• Lead the global financial business cycle for Global Procurement and Global Supply Chain, connecting strategic priorities with annual planning, monthly forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Define and cascade multi-year finance, analytics, and business cycle strategies that support long-term value creation.
• Deliver performance insights, executive-ready analytics, scenario assessments, and recommendations covering savings, productivity, price/mix, inventory, service levels, compliance, working capital, risks, and opportunities.
• Own global methodologies for measuring and reporting procurement and supply chain value delivery, including savings and productivity pipelines, realized results, timing, phasing, and delivery risks.
• Standardize and automate planning, forecasting, reporting, data flows, and finance analytics in partnership with Digital/Data and Finance transformation teams.
• Coordinate Global Procurement, Global Supply Chain, regional finance, FP&A, and Data/BI teams while building capabilities, governance, tools, reporting, and change management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required.
• 10+ years of relevant finance experience required, with procurement finance, supply chain finance, FP&A, or transformation experience strongly preferred.
• Experience operating as a strategic finance business partner to senior functional leadership.
• Strong analytical skills in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and performance management, with the ability to translate data into decisions and actions.
• Experience building standardized processes and routines across complex, multi-stakeholder, global environments.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills, including synthesizing complex topics into clear, decision-oriented narratives and advising C-suite and senior functional leaders.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines with a practical, ownership-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

• MBA or Master’s degree.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
