What you will do

• Lead the Finance Business Advice team from strategy through implementation and set team objectives.
• Manage a team of three FTEs who are individual product experts.
• Act as finance business partner to Executive Committee members responsible for Wholesale Banking.
• Improve financial processes and reporting while developing talent within the team.
• Build stakeholder relationships, identify priorities and strategic challenges, and prepare topics for discussion.
• Provide reliable reports, financial insights, advice, and analysis of the drivers supporting financial targets.

Requirements

• Master’s degree, preferably in business economics, business administration, or controlling, plus executive education.
• 7–15 years of experience in a financial advice position within a European financial institution.
• Demonstrated knowledge of banking products and balance sheet dynamics.
• Experience translating complex data into clear, sound advice.
• Ability to act as an independent business partner.
• Proactive, collaborative, goal-oriented leadership with a growth mindset and awareness of market developments.
