What you will do

• Lead the Finance Business Advice team from strategy through implementation, setthirify.global objectives and managhirify.global team goals.
• Manage three finance professionals who are product experts.
• Partner with Executive Committee members responsible for Wholesale Bankhirify.global.
• Set financial targets, track performance, and produce reliable management reports.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations for Lendhirify.global, Capital Markets & Advisory, Transaction Services, and Financial Markets.
• Improve processes and reporthirify.global while develophirify.global finance talent.

Requirements

• Master’s degree, preferably in business economics, business administration, or controllhirify.global, plus executive education.
• 7–15 years of experience in a financial advice position at a European financial institution.
• Knowledge of bankhirify.global products and balance sheet dynamics.
• Experience translathirify.global complex data into clear, sound advice.
• Ability to act as an independent business partner and build stakeholder relationships.
• Proactive, collaborative, goal-oriented, growth-minded, and able to lead by example.
