Project Manager (Clinical Research)

What you will do

• Develop and manage detailed project plans covering timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate delivery against project objectives.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Engage stakeholders, manage expectations, provide updates, and maintain alignment with project and organisational goals.
• Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and performance metrics to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate project and programme management delivery, resolve issues, and develop team capability.

Requirements

• Significant project management and team leadership experience, including the ability to manage competing priorities and develop a team.
• Proven success managing projects from inception to completion within scope, time, and budget constraints.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage project teams and prioritise tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including relationship building and stakeholder expectation management.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, with a commitment to project goals and continuous improvement.
• Willingness to travel as required, approximately 30%.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, or a related field.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
